Inside the Chest and Behind the Developers' Shield
The Sierra King's Quest Collections came with two programs that displayed articles about the series and samples of concept art from it, Inside the Chest and Behind the Developers' Shield. However, there are larger versions of some of the graphics in the programs' resource files, some of which don't appear in the programs at all. The quality of the graphics isn't very good, but they're still pretty interesting. (thanks to Liam for suggesting that I check the files out).
View 505: An enlarged version of a graphic from a KQ4 article, showing Rosella
standing next to the three witches outside their cave in broad daylight.

View 603: A similar sketch of Graham appears in Behind the Developers' Shield,
but only shows him from the waist up.

View 605: A pencil sketch of the closeup of Cassima and Graham in KQ5.

View 614: A one-panel cartoon. I can't make out any of the words or recognize any of the faces.

View 626: A sketch of the crystal caves in KQ5...with quality like this,
I think I can see why this wasn't included in Behind the Developers' Shield.

Views 703 and 704: Two very low-color storyboard sections. I have no idea which the game the first one is from, but the second one might depict Graham and Cassima (I can just make out the word "Cassima" in the text).
EDIT (3-23-15): ATMachine suggested that the first image may be from KQ5, and the second one may actually be from KQ6. The text, as illegible as most of it is, seems to include the lines:
ALEX: Come with me.
CASSIMA: Too dangerous.

Views 706-707, 709, 712-713, 715-716: Larger versions of the character portrait sketches from the KQ6 section of Behind the Developers' Shield. The first three are obviously Celeste, the ferryman and the Beast and the next two are probably Aeriel and Azure. 715 might be Allaria or even Valanice, while 716 is definitely Alhazred.

View 714: A sketch of Alexander (with surprisingly long hair).
A better version of this sketch appears in the KQ6 hintbook.

View 725: A helmeted skull with a sword sticking through it. Probably KQ6 concept art.
EDIT (3-23-15): ATMachine pointed out that this looks like a sketch of part of the border of the room in the labyrinth with the descending ceiling.

View 902: One of several unused screenshots from KQ7. This one shows the pyramid that was modified in the final game.

This picture actually does appear in Inside the Chest, but it doesn't seem to show up anywhere else. It seems to show the actors who played Caliphim and Allaria goofing off, but none of the text in ItC explains this picture.
