Let's not be getting the wrong impression from this strip, savvy? Frofd is just a thick-skulled idiot who doesn't know when to leave well enough alone. That's all. (And if anyone can't tell what that thing to the left of the body chart is, it's a dartboard that the medical staff has been using, but with syringes instead of darts. Yikes.)
By the way: look very closely at the nearest corner of the exam table (right under Xandra's right elbow) to see the signature of one of Frofd's previous patients...
